HHELLPS (Helping Hands to Enrich Learning & Lifestyles Programming Society) was founded in April 2010 to create programming and supports to meet the needs of the communities in the Aspotogan Region.

Mission Statement

To establish and operate a community centre to be used for workshops, programs, athletics, drama, art, music, handicrafts, hobbies and recreation for the benefit of the general public.

To enrich the experiences available to community members.
To simplify our lives.
To keep it fun.

Fitness doesn't get any easier!

* Fitness equipment is available for use and includes toning as well as cardio pieces.

Our multi-gym system handles up to 500 pounds!

*Due to insurance restrictions, registration and training are required in advance to access the equipment. Users must be 18 years of age or older. (13 to 17 year olds can be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)

Thank you all for your support as we continue to develop the Fox Point Community Centre.

Bathroom renovations are complete thanks to support from United Way Lunenburg County & 143 Flight Engineering. Looks awesome!

Please contact us if you would like to rent the community centre for a special occasion.
